output e-mail addresses as "Full Name" <acct@addr.net>
or <acct@addr.net> is no username field is present

Should probably be made a command-line option for
backward compatibility.

Done, thanks.  I implemented it slightly differently since
email.Utils.formataddr() combines the two in an RFC 2822
compliant way, and it seems best to use this for consistency.
