No. However you can rewrite the templates and other message portions
that go to forming the confirmation requests etc in whatever language
you want. In this way you make TMDA agree with however you've localised
Mailman. With a little extra work in the procmailrc you can even have
this work across multiple lists each with a different language
preference pointing at different TMDA templates etc.
