Summary: Position cursor in login templates

Initial Comment:
Some of my list owners wanted the cursor to be 
positioned in the password field for the admin & admindb 
pages.

So I hacked a tiny bit of javascript to position the cursor 
in the first form field on the admlogin, options, and 
private templates.  All languages.
