Some of my list-admins got it, but I couldn't reproduce it myself. I'll keep
you posted if it creeps up again.

For me the biggest problem to date is that the BounceRunner has the same
priority than the other runners and scripts, and makes them fail if it's
processing hundreds of bounces (it processes them quite slowly, you'll have
to admit).
