Summary: Request: populate Real Name from mail

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to have the option of letting Mailman 
automatically populate the Real Name field of a list's subscribers 
db from mail headers passing through the system.  For example, 
if no Real Name exists for an email address and a post is 
received from that address, Mailman can just yank the Real Name 
(or whatever is supplied) from the mail header (ie From: field, etc).
