Summary: Remove all Makefiles on make distclean

Initial Comment:
mailman/messages/Makefile and 
mailman/tests/*/Makefile do not get cleaned up when
doing a 'make distclean'.

This should patch fix it.

Tested like this: 'configure --some-options; make
distclean'; seems to work
