Summary: apparent duplicate file

Initial Comment:
doc/posting-flow-chart and posting-flow-chart.png
appear to be the same file in the same format, though
they have slightly different lengths.

If they are the same, I suggest eliminating one.  I
also suggest using the .png extension if it is a png file.

Finally, both should be marked as binary, but that is a
more general problem for which I will submit a separate
bug.

This is based on the latest from cvs

That's odd; I have no trouble reading them.  Perhaps you are
on a system that does some cr/lf translation that mine
doesn't?  I'm on Linux. running cvs 1.11.2.

Of course, if that was the problem, setting the mode to
binary should fix it.  But I don't know if cvs client picks
up on a mode change on the server.

Both the pngs were unreadable, so I removed them.  Use the
.ps file.
