[Mailman-Developers] patch verification

Hi Developers,

Can anyone verify this patch ?

Without this patch, MIME digest message will be delivered with links
to the saved attachments. With this, the attached file is included
in the delivered digest mail. I think MIME digest should be delivered
latter way and this patch should be included in the next release.

A person who applied this patch claims that this caused every message
to be shunted. So, I want to know if this patch is useful or not.
