[Mailman-Developers] Mailman 2.1.4 tree freeze in 3 hours

I'm going to be cutting the 2.1.4 release at noon EST, which is
approximately three hours from now.  If there are any last minute i18n
updates, please get them in now.  No other changes are allowed.

After 12noon EST, no other i18n updates will be allowed either.

partying :).
