[Mailman-Developers] problem with CGI after upgrade

I get:
Mailman CGI error!!!
The Mailman CGI wrapper encountered a fatal error. This entry is being
stored in your syslog:

No such file or directory


Can someone please point me to the cause of this problem?  I am stumped.
