[Mailman-Developers] Handling of Return-Path headers

Mailman should remove any Return-Path headers found in the messages it
broadcasts.
I've found that there are a number of MTAs out there that will
_preferentially_ send bounces back to the address found in a Return-Path
header (if there is one in the message) rather than the address listed
in the envelope. Not good.
Well behaved systems should not generate non-locally delivered messages
with Return-Path headers. This is an area where Mailman should be
generous in what it accepts and conservative in what it emits.
