[Mailman-Developers] Welcome Message Override

Folks,

I have a user who wants to be able to replace the standard welcome message
in it's entirety - some of the standard header sent out by Mailman doesn't
apply in this case.

I found these references:

But I was wondering if a more "standard" method was around, or if it had
been integrated more tightly recently.
