I've updated this FAQ entry to describe the removeMember() method which
would be better to use, if possible.

Also, I remember providing a remove_members recipe in some email
message, but I haven't been able to track it down with Google.  Oh well,
I guess it's somewhere there in the great mass of forgotten wisdom.
