[Mailman-Developers] New feature request

Is it possible to have a new feature in the new version of mailman where a
site administrator can limit each list individually by how many members and
how much traffic it can have and also set a default for these values in
mm_cfg.py?
Also, it would be great to sort the member list by domain and by status
(active, suspended etc.) and get a good overview in numbers.
One other thing I have been missing is a clean up function where mailman
goes through the whole list and updates the members according current
settings.
For example:
Let's say the old settings were that a member had to bounce 20 times, then
be notified 4 times, each 7 days apart to be unsubscribed.
So let's assume there are 1,000 members in the list with the suspend status
who have been notified once already. Now the admin decides to change the
settings and have everyone only be notified once. A list update function
would then unsubscribe these 1,000 members because their status matches the
new settings.

Thanks for listening to the user community for improvements (are you
listening to us?)
