[Mailman-Developers] XMLRPC Patch

Hi Barry --
Hope you had an excellent and relaxing holiday... did you have a chance
to look over the patch?
One of the things I was thinking might be useful to add to the interface
would be a set of API calls to talk to admindb... thoughts?
