[Mailman-Developers] Link to the "Reply-To munging considered useful" essay

Some time ago, the link to the "Reply-To munging considered useful"
essay changed from
http://www.metasystema.org/essays/reply-to-useful.mhtml to
http://www.metasystema.net/essays/reply-to.mhtml

This was fixed by Barry in CVS for
mailman/mailman/Mailman/Gui/General.py on July 1, 2005, but only in
the details for reply_goes_to_list. I just noticed the link is also in
the details for reply_to_address and needs to be fixed there too.
