its a form so not quite like that - try
  http://lists.DOMAIN.TLD/lists/admindb/LIST?adminpw=yourpassword

Personally I have a bookmarks folder within Firefox with all the lists I
handle as bookmarks within that set up with password.  I then just right
click on the folder, "open in tabs" and have all the list admin
interfaces opened at once...

[I'm reasonably relaxed about having the list moderation or admin
passwords available in clear on my box - I think its a reasonable trade
off compared to the other options.  I *always* log off my box (so close
the browser) when I'm going to be away for more than a couple of hours,
so keeping a browser running for days is not an option]
