I can edit it now.

Using Mozilla Seamonkey, the Rich Text tab shows a tiny edit window with 
what looks like HTML to edit. The Wiki Markup tab gives me a Page Not 
Found. Does Confluence work well with Firefox? Seamonkey should behave 
nearly identically but some browser detectors get confused by it.
