'xxx' is not (yet) a valid TLD[1]. If that's an effort to obfuscate,
it might be useful to not do so, so we can look up things like MX
records.

Is this transient, or permanent?
Does DNS resolution ordinarily work?
Is the host ping'able?
Are there routing problems/issues?
