I'll be there, and I'm definitely interested in the archiver.  While
pipermail has been fine for my lists so far, I'd really like a few
features that it can't give us.  And of course it's been a sore point
for years.

I suspect it's something that we could get lucky on and produce best
of breed, too.  I can't say I'm real happy with any of the commercial
archivers or Gmane.
