[Mailman-Developers] Error while setting up Mailman

Does Mailman install into /usr/bin/?  That doesn't seem like a great
idea, and I don't recall it doing that.

Check to see if /usr/bin/master is a Python script and part of
Mailman.  If it isn't we need to figure out why Python is trying to
run it.
