Just to let you know, the styles aren't exactly implemented in
Django(i.e the parts on Mailman 3 in django), but in Core. They define
the behavior of a mailing-list and can be thought as
list-settings-templates in mailman3 core. Although, this project would
also involve plumbing everything you implement through core's REST API
and adding an interface in the Postorius, the web UI in Django.

There has been some previous discussion on this topic and you can check
out the archives to find something to get started on this topic.
