Mailman 3 repos are all git at gitlab.com. There is no need to use
bazaar for anything to do with Mailman 3.

Mailman 2.1 repos are bazaar at launchpad.net. If you are going to work
with Mailman 2.1 development/maintenance, bazaar knowledge is useful.
