[Mailman-i18n] How translate catalog

ok, but unfortunately there are several strings belonging to web and
mail output at the same time.   Example:

I wonder if there is a way to separate things.

Of course you can't flap your arms and fly to the moon.  After a while you'd
run out of air to push against.
