In the norwegian translation, I used HTML entities for mailman.po entries that
would end up on a web page, and regular letters on entries that would end up in
an email or as output from a command line utility.
Whether this was the right way or wrong way of doing it, I don't know, but I
have not found any official guidelines of how to do this...
