You need Mailman 2.1 to get the supported internationalized version.
As of today, you can install it from cvs, it's beta but stable enough
to be used in production environment (this is my opinion but I'm
happily running the current cvs on my local LUG server).
For instructions on how to install it, sf.net give guidelines to get
the source tree anonymously. Once the source on your disk, INSTALL
and other README* files are your friend.
