[Mailman-i18n] encoding on list home page

hello  , Martin  and   Ben,

i'  ve  sent  a   test message  to  the list  i18n - 4  hours ago, but =
its  not   in  the list   yet.probably your cron  intervals.

anyway, it will  be  there  eventually.

other problem  with  encoding  is  that.when  i  make  the home  page  =
for a  list ,the   local  8859-9  characters  look  bad. as  seen  =
below,=20

but  when i  see  that  page  in  german,  since they  have some  of  =
our  characters, some  letters  look  okay, in  german=20


v,|,g,p,},   english

=F6,=FC,=E7,?,y, -  german


Bu bir reklamd}r-text olarak kullan}l}r=20

i'm  sure  when  we  make  the  tempate , for the  iso-8859-9  charset, =
they  will look  okay.
