Actually depends on your idea of alternative charsets, because now the
12 Euro-zone European countries should use ISO-8859-15 instead of
ISO-8859-1: 15 is 1 changed with the euro symbol, but not a lot of users
use the "new one" yet.
Does this qualify as "two alternative charsets" for Italian and others.
