[Mailman-i18n] German diction of email

I startet taking care of the translation last december and there has been 
a lot of untranslated and wrong translated stuff. I finished translating 
all the untranslated stuff and started some days ago cleaning up all the 
wrong stuff. It seems that in the past somebody used a 
computer program to translate Mailman. :-) There`s really a lot of ugly 
stuff and grammar in it.

On my list is also the standardisation of the translation for "email" and 
"mailing list". I`ll do this in the next days.
