[Mailman-i18n] Hebrew in the Mailman system

Hi,

Hebrew in not currently supported.  In addition to the Defaults.py entry 
(you should edit mm_cfg.py) you should also consult README-I18N.en 
document in the source distribution and http://www.list.org/i18n.html 
Mailman internationalization page.
