[Mailman-i18n] coordination help

Dear colleagues,

I'm responsible for coordinating the Catalan translation of mailman. 
I've been doing the job my self for some months but now I have a few 
people interested in helping me.

Now the question is: how can I divide the .po files to divide the job? 
And more over: I switched to Mac and one of my helpers is working on Mac 
also but cannot find a po editor. Do you have any help for this?
