[Mailman-i18n] Starting New Language Punjabi (pa)

Hi

I want to start Translation for New Language Punjabi
(pa), which is not yet available in software.

we are working at

I m following
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/mailman/mailman/README-I18N.en?rev=2.12.2.4&view=markup

page and using downloaded tarball file to translation.

If anything need to correct, please update me
