[Mailman-i18n] msgfmt: errors with files under mailman/messages

You should be able to fix it by adding or deleting new-lines to the
beginning or end of the translated 'msgstr' to match the 'msgid', but
you don't need to. Mailman uses its own bin/msgfmt.py which is not as
fussy about these thing as GNU msgfmt.
