[Mailman-i18n] Pootle syncs with bzr

I never cease to be amazed at the responsiveness of the Wordforge  
project (Pootle, Translate Toolkit etc.).

I asked about adding support for bzr to the current SVN sync  
capacity, on 2007-07-30.
