Hi Avi,

Dov Zamir has contributed a full Hebrew translation, which will be  
part of 2.1.10.  This patch includes a direction tag to get the rtl  
correct for Hebrew.

Mark will be releasing a Mailman 2.1.10 beta fairly soon now (we're  
currently tweaking the release mechanics now for the switch to Bazaar).
