[Mailman-i18n] Slovak translation

Hi everybody,

I would like to contribute my Slovak translation, I have tested it on a
running site and have done some debugging, but there are surely still
some typos or stylistic mistakes that have to be corrected. Only a part
of the command line commands has yet been translated.

The .po file, templates and a patch for mailman v. 2.1.9 can be
downloaded from:

I would like to be the language champion for the Slovak Language.
