The deed is done; we are now on Bazaar.  I've updated the branches  
page to point to the correct locations.  Please give it a try (even  
if you can only do read-only branching) and let me know if anything  
is confusing or doesn't work.

I haven't merged my Elixir branch yet, but that's coming soon.
