[Mailman-i18n] pootle.metalab.unc.edu maintenance reboot

[Cristóbal Palmer]

pootle.metalab needs a new kernel and will be going down for a reboot
in one hour (shortly after 22:00 EDT). Pootle should be unavailable
for less than 10 minutes total.

If in the future people would like/need more lead time before such an
outage, please let me know.
