[Mailman-i18n] Finnish localization

Semi-OT for this thread: if you're doing some or most translations from
scratch or with new translators (Finnish and German were mentioned so
far), why not use translatewiki.net directly? New translators don't have
to fight with old habits and on translatewiki.net you don't need to send
files around and ask such questions.
