[Mailman-i18n] Requesting access to translate mailman for pt_BR

Hi there

I'd like to contribute translating mailman 3.0 [1] for Brazilian
Portuguese (pt_BR), but it seems this Project is "Closed", so I don't
have permissions at the moment.  Can some please give me permissions
for translate it or provide me information on how I can get these
permissions?
