[Mailman-Users] 'Too many recipients.'

Hi,


What would generate the 'Too many recipients.' error?

At first I thought it was the value of the ceiling in the privacy
configuration, but I have some lists with 70+ users and never get the
error.

The ceiling seems to be set at "10" by default.
