Sadly, there are quite a few bounce formats that Mailman doesn't
grok.  Postfix bounces, qmail bounces, DSN mime msgs.  I'm not sure
when I'll get a chance to rework the bounce stuff, but I have in mind
an approach similar to the delivery pipeline code.
