[Mailman-Users] Need help getting setup

It depends on what web server you are running I believe that there
is an example in the manual for apache.  For apache you need
to add a line with  ScriptAlias directive pointing from /mailman
to the mailman directory something like

ScriptAlias /mailman/ /home/mailman/cgi-bin/

It will be different for each web server. I can help you further with
apache if you want because that is what I use, but not with others
