[Mailman-Users] Install question

Hi all

Sorry about this newbie question, but now that I have downloaded and 
installed the GNU software, what do I do with the mailman_tar.gz file? 
 WINZIP is asking me for the correct extension of the file I want to unzip. 
If I try .exe, it does not work......

I am trying to install on NT server 4.
