[Mailman-Users] web setup of mailman

Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to handle the problem Jesse is
encountering?  I'm an interested party because he's installing mailman so
that I can use it.

If noone has encountered something similar, where do you think one should
turn next to try to solve it?
