Johnny,
please be aware that Pipermail do not support MIME encoded accented
characters, neither in the headers nor in the body. If you have a need
to view archived mail written in a native language other than american
english (is it spanish in Peru?) I recommend you to concider another
archiver, like MHonArc (http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/mhonarc.html)
for example.
