[Mailman-Users] URGENT... mass to: field

I am currently managing a single list of about 300 names.  I was just
notified that some subscribers, in the "To:" field in posts, are getting
email addresses of other recipients.

Why would some see the to field as "listname at listserver.com" and others
see all the subscribers?  

I need to get this figured out so these address don't start getting
spammed.
