[Mailman-Users] Serializing

How to patch mailman so in one list the tag would be [yyyy-12345 
list] instead of [list] ??? (12345 is an unique serial number for every 
message on that list, with yearly rollover and yyyy is the year (If 
there are problem even just [12345] would be enought ...)
