[Mailman-Users] hard links

Gerhard points out that the issue in question may be the "Openwall
kernel patches", which are documented at

If this is the root of "some Linuxes have problems with hardlinks",
then according to that, it's because the patch prevents users from
making hardlinks to files they don't own.

If that's so, then the solution would be "make mailman own all
the files in ~mailman", which seems to me to be a better solution
in general anyway; given that chown takes a "recursive" parameter,
it's easy.

Anyone having mysterious permission problems with links should
probably try this, after verifying that bin/check_perms doesn't
report problems.
