1) RH 6.2's kernel does not have the openwall patches (which can restrict
   hardlinks"
2) You can't turn it off without recompiling the kernel
3) If you use mailman 2.0, it can be made to work with restricted
   hardlinks, see contrib/securelinux_fix.py in the source tree
